D GOODS

on my way to becoming a world class dirt bag- i simply cant afford to flash my non existent credit card at these pro shops jacking up the prices. I occasionally make a trip to REI garage sales. AJ is sick with discounts daily and membership benefits it all adds up on a website like this! for someone who is 7 days a week getting dirty in the snow or whatever your poison this site is the way to go. i suggest everyone check this out you wont regret just browsin and chances are you wont walk away empty handed.

They got it

As a frugal person who wants to do everything all the time, there is balance that i must maintain to do it all. Rather then going to REI or some box store and paying full prices, i shop around and always check department of goods. All of there is stuff is marked down from the start. So when i am buying a tent to camp out or replacing goggles that i lost i use department of goods. If i paid full price for everything then i wouldn't have the money to use all the gear that i got. They dont have everything in every color or style but they got what i need.

I'll be honest, I've only purchased once from Department of Goods, but the experience was stellar! Quick shipping, awesome prices, a great selection of new and last-years gear (who the hell buys at MSRP anymore?), 'nuff said. I've heard they have great customer service from a room mate who bought a 4square jacket which ended up being too small, they took care of him ASAP! I'll always be an eBay/discount whore, but the D.O.G. has my vote for scooping up some tasty leftovers from last season.
