Chris Sharma, Rad Redwood Scientist

What’s more spectacular than walking through a redwood forest?  Climbing up it.  Or, at least, watching Cali-native climber Chris Sharma do it.  Here, Sharma takes his renowned talents to timber, searching for hand and footholds on the bark of redwoods. He tops out and gazes over the ancient forest’s canopy while scientists pop up to meet him and gather leaf samples.
