CATEGORIESThe first episode of Salomon Freeski TV’s ninth season just dropped, featuring New Mexico’s rugged and rippable Taos Ski Valley. “Southwest Pioneers” aims the lens at the grizzled Dadou Mayer, a man who played a role in Taos’s genesis and subsequent expansion.
While the interviews shed light on the southwestern scene, the Salomon team is there for one reason: to shred. They lucked out with a solid dump of fresh New Mexican flakes, scoring tight chutes, powder-caked glades and huckable cliffs.
