Active Junky feels better-late-than-never as the U.S. joins the offshore wind farm movement after a decade of delays in funding and approvals. Off the coast of Block Island, Road Island, Deepwater Wind recently began development of the first of multiple eco-friendly farms planned for New England’s waterways.
