Red Bull just released the teaser for Travis Rice’s next film, The Fourth Phase, and it looks absolutely ridiculous.
Over the past two years, Travis Rice’s travels have been somewhat… mysterious. Follow his Instagram and the zones are often unidentifiable, the captions almost enigmatic, as though shrouding what transpired in a purposeful haze. Today, however, by dropping the teaser to his next movie, all of that mystery becomes a little bit more clear.
Something epic is on the way and we couldn’t be more excited.
Don’t go looking for premiere tickets just yet; The Fourth Phase won’t come out until fall of 2016, so Travis Rice and his crew (Mark Landvik, Eric Jackson, Pat Moore, Bryan Iguchi, Cam Fitzpatrick, Bode Merrill, Shin Biyajima and Mikkel Bang) have another season of stacking shots ahead. That means The Fourth Phase, which will be filmed entirely in 4K by Red Bull Media House and Brainfarm, will be a 3-year project.
Given the caliber of cinematography and the undeniable talent of these riders, we can only hope that The Fourth Phase gives 2011’s The Art of Flight a run for its money. Or is that asking too much?
