Skateboarders, snowboarders, skiers – they see the world differently. Where the average Joe sees a place to sit and eat their lunch, a skateboarder sees a flat marble ledge begging to be kissed by metal trucks. Where most New Jerseyans see an abandoned, icicle-ridden waterpark, snowboarders see their own personal terrain park.
With a bit of work, Toby Miller, Red Gerard and Brendan Gerard take to the slides of Mountain Creek Action Park. A huge funnel turns into a hip landing, rocky outcrops become cliffs, lifeguard towers are obviously now meant for stalls and wall rides.
While Action Park certainly is less crowded in the winter, we bet it’s more fun, too.
