World Record Cliff Jump is Absolutely Bonkers

You thought that 35-footer you jumped off was crazy? Think again. At 58.8 meters, this record-breaking cliff jump has Laso Schaller leaping off a wooden platform that’s higher than the Leaning Tower of Pisa. 

Tucked away in the Swiss mountains, the Cascata de Salto is a gorgeous, thundering cascade—that drops into a churning 8-meter pool. Though Laso may have dislocated his leg for a quick second upon impact, the jump goes off without any major complications and he soars like a super hero off of a skyscraper into the water below.
