Many insulated snowboard jackets have the tendency to feel heavy and overwhelming, but even with its welcome length, the Thermolite-packed Spellbound never seems bulky. When it comes to waterproofing, you can’t beat GORE-TEX, and though this jacket is lower on the warmth rating, its roomy (yet not baggy) design leaves plenty of room for layering on cold days.
