Most of Club Ride’s offerings are designed with a ride-first mentality, pieces that are designed to be on the bike but won’t look out of place at the office or around town. The Joe Dirt shorts buck that trend a bit featuring more of a casual/workwear type of design that you’d pick for a day of hanging out before a big day in the saddle. That being said, the 4- Way stretch and gusseted crotch mean that the Joe Dirt is still at home on the bike. The buttoned phone pocket keeps your phone out of the way while pedaling yet secure enough to not worry about it falling out when you are taking the spicy route to the office or your next brewery stop. The thicker fabric of the Joe Dirt shorts means they will likely stand up to a lot of abuse whether you are camping, working on your bikes, or daily commuting. The fit is quite slim on these shorts so if you aren’t a fan of tighter-fitting shorts these might not be for you, but despite the tight fit the stretch provides plenty of movement so these do not feel restrictive at all.
