Cash Back Guidelines
Unfortunately, Taxact will not review transaction inquiries so if your order did not track to your account, we are unable to submit that order into the team at Taxact for review. Therefore, if the order did not track successfully not cash back will be earned. Due to IRS approval, transactions where consumers choose bank funded returns will experience a delay in posting to CJ.
